1. Our commitment to copyright
Indiplay Box respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and partners to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in the countries we operate in, and we act on valid notices promptly.
2. Our role
Indiplay Box supplies streaming hardware and software and related technical services. We do not host, produce or control the third-party content that may be accessible through devices or applications. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold any rights or licences necessary to access and view content in their country of residence, and for complying with all applicable laws.
3. Reporting copyright infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorised to act on their behalf, and you believe that material accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number and email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

5. Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Agent including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by applicable law.
6. Repeat infringers
It is our policy to suspend or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Channel names, programme titles and logos referenced on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
